Auction Participation

Bidders must have a bidder number and a valid driver's license.

A $100 cash deposit is required to obtain a bidder number.

Each bidder may bring one guest, who must also have a valid ID. The bidder is responsible for their guest.

Bidders and guests must remain in the auction area.

No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the yard.
Auction Rules
- Viewing or moving vehicles not on auction, or entering any vehicles, will result in removal from the auction and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Removing items from vehicles will result in immediate removal and potential criminal prosecution.
- Registered owners or parties with an apparent interest in the auctioned vehicles are not allowed to bid or be present.
- ABC Towing reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
- Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from the auction and forfeiture of the deposit.
- All vehicles must be removed by 5:00 PM on the auction day. Failure to do so will incur a $60 per day storage fee. No vehicle repairs are allowed in the yard.
- Vehicles cannot be left on public streets.
- If ABC Towing re-impounds a vehicle bought at the auction that remains in the bidder’s name, the bidder will be banned from future auctions.
- High bidders who fail to pick up a vehicle will forfeit their deposit and be banned from future auctions.
- Parking is very limited. Do not park in the tavern parking lot.
- Do not work on or leave cars on Boeing property. Violators will be banned from future auctions.
